packages (paying bills, invoicing, payroll, financial statements, balancing
duties and tax preparation) or supporting your current
accounting staff with training, partial services and checks and balances. Also
offered is a package to take a small business from a manual
to an automated accounting system. The value is in our ability to
customize and be flexible in fulfilling your company needs.
Our
coaching services are geared to small business entrepreneurs,
whether in business, ready to start, or needing a change in direction.
Quite
often we find that the entrepreneur tries to wear too many hats and may have a
personal-life/business-life balance issue. The goal is to
have the entrepreneur concentrate on what they do brilliantly and allow others
to handle their respective expertise's and not to sacrifice their personal
life but enhance it.
